Wallace welcomes new Ashbourne Town Fare

Ashbourne TD Mary Wallace welcomes the introduction of a new town fare in Ashbourne by Bus Eireann.

The town fare will apply for customers who wish to travel between the north end of Ashbourne town and the south end and vice versa.

Minister Wallace stated “This will be particularly useful for anyone wishing to travel to the new cinema at Rathcross, due for completion shortly, at the northern end of the town”.

“I would like to thank Bus Eireann for their very positive response to our requests for improvements to the Ashbourne Bus Service. I would encourage passengers to keep sending on your suggestions and comments on the Ashbourne bus service" she concluded.
