Great News for Dunshaughlin Community College

I am delighted to confirm that the Stage 2a (Developed Sketch Scheme) of  Architectural Planning for the Dunshaughlin Community College major school building project has been approved and the project will now proceed to apply for the necessary statutory approvals (Planning Permission, Fire Safety Certificate and Disability Access Certificate) in advance of preparing tender documentation.

This project comprises an Extension to the existing school of approxing 4,315 sqm and refurbishment of the existing accommodation.

I am delighted with this news. This project was on the Minister's announcement of 24th January 2011 "to progress to secure Planning Permission with a view to preparing tender documents for 2011 or 2012.
