Ratoath Youth Activities

In July, Minister Mary Wallace TD and Cllr Nick Killian distributed an Alcohol guide for parents and young people to households in Ratoath.

This leaflet drop included a public call for suggestions and ideas as to how we could work together to further develop, promote and co-ordinate all the wonderful facilities we have for our young people in Ratoath and indeed to endeavor to address the gaps where they exist.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank the people who wrote in or phoned the offices of Minister Wallace and Cllr Nick Killian with their suggestions.

We can appreciate that summer time (with children off school, holiday time etc) was a very busy time for people, so for those who have idea’s and want to get involved but haven’t had an opportunity to make contact as yet, a “drop point box” will be made available in the Community Center from Monday 22nd September for your convenience.

It is intended to hold a consultation meeting in the coming weeks to discuss the ideas and suggestions that have been put forward. If you would like to be involved please let us know.
