Wallace welcomes first of its kind in Ireland - outdoor exercise equipment area for Dunshaughlin Park
Dunshaughlin TD and Minister of State Mary Wallace welcomes an innovative and healthy option for Dunshaughlin people which is the first of its kind in Ireland.
Meath County Council proposes to provide a playground/exercise area comprising 9 pieces of equipment which anyone of any age over 13 including the Elderly can use.
Equipment includes an Air Walker, Parallel Bars, Sit Up Board, Leg Press, Standing Rotator, Tai-Chi Spinners, Self Weighted Rower, Sitting Rotator and Pommel Horse.
The proposed design provides for 3 semi-circular areas in a "woodland setting "set around existing footpaths within Dunshaughlin Park. Each area will include 3 pieces of equipment.
